The synthetic raw materials for para-aramid fibers are terephthaloyl chloride (TPC) and p-phenylenediamine (PPD). Our process package adopts a two-step method: continuous polymerization in a low-temperature solution. After the polymer is separated, it is washed and dried, then redissolved in concentrated sulfuric acid. Dry-jet wet spinning is carried out, and the fibers are dried after being washed with water and finally wound and formed.
