Main Introduction
Based on the structure of conventional rotary dryer, the rotary dryer with scattering unit is equipped with a scattering device inside the dryer, in this way the dryer can break the material as well as improve the thermal efficiency. It can be applied to dry conglomerating, washy and sticky materials, pasty materials and even liquid materials. It is widely used in many fields, such as chemical industry, brewing, pharmaceutical industry, fertilizer production, etc.
Working Principle
Rotary dryer with scattering unit is equipped with a built-in through shaft scattering device based on the structure of conventional rotary dryer. The scattering device runs through the entire cylinder in the axial direction. The system fan directly introduces the high-temperature flue gas into the dryer. After the wet material enters the dryer, it is continuously picked up and dropped under the joint action of guide plate and shovelling plate, and is evenly dispersed under the action of the scattering mechanism. The contact area of material and high temperature flue gas is effectively increased, thereby improving the drying efficiency and fully breaking the material.

Characteristics
1.The single machine has large processing capacity and can be operated continuously; the equipment runs stably and has great operational flexibility; The scattering effect improves the thermal utilization rate of the equipment, and has high thermal efficiency; the material processing is applicable to a wide range of industries and can process lumps, high-moisture viscous, paste-like materials, and even liquid materials; full consideration is given to the owner’s energy, land occupation, logistics, consumption, and conservation issues, and various reasonable measures are taken to reduce dust, noise and other pollution hazards to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and at the same time do well in fire protection, energy conservation, etc.
2.The system feeding device adopts a double spiral structure, and the double shafts clean each other, which can effectively prevent the material from sticking to the shaft due to factors such as stickiness and high moisture content. At the same time, the broken arch structure is set above the feed to prevent wet material blocking and ensure smooth system feeding.
3.The main equipment of the system is a dryer with the crushing and scattering structure with intellectual property rights of Tianli. This structure is especially suitable for drying materials with high viscosity, poor looseness, and paste-like properties. In order to prevent wet materials from agglomerating and sticking to the wall, a hanging chain is installed in the later half of the dryer; secondly, a lifting plate is installed inside the dryer. As the dryer rotates, the material is continuously lifted and scattered, which greatly increases the contact area between the drying medium and the material while overcoming the material sticking, thereby improving the drying efficiency of the system.
4.Make high-humidity materials (containing about 85% moisture content) from large filter cake, paste or slurry directly into fine particles.
Applicable Materials
Various types of sludge drying, municipal sludge, paper sludge, printing and dyeing sludge, etc. can be used for blending combustion of power plant boilers, energy saving and environment friendly. Steelmaking sludge, brewer's grains, phosphate rock powder, penicillin slag, antibiotics residue, pomace, sauce residue and other industries.
