PVC
We provide a complete set of production solutions for PVC by the aqueous suspension polymerization method. Using vinyl chloride as the raw material and pure water as the dispersed phase, then add initiators and dispersants. Under certain temperature and pressure conditions, polymerization is carried out to form polyvinyl chloride. The vinyl chloride monomer is recovered by stripping, and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is obtained through centrifugal separation, drying and sieving.
CPVC
We provide the production process of CPVC by the aqueous suspension method. Its main reaction is the chlorination reaction. The chlorination process in the aqueous suspension method is a free radical reaction. Under the initiation of the initiator, chlorine decomposes into chlorine radicals, and then the chlorine radicals undergo a substitution reaction with PVC.
