Equipment Structure
The hot air furnace uses natural gas or oil as fuel, and produces high-temperature flue gas through burner combustion. Depending on the cleanliness of the high-temperature flue gas, it can be directly mixed with clean air or heated by an indirect heat exchanger to be used as a heat source. The gas furnace has high combustion efficiency, compact structure, small footprint, few auxiliary equipment, and low investment. The equipment is made of heat-resistant steel, has a long equipment life, and uses imported burners with mature technology, stable and safe operation, and quick start and stop; it has a high degree of automation, can automatically detect the combustion process, and adjust and control it according to the flue gas temperature. The equipment has a wide range of applications and can provide heat sources for various drying systems.
Working Principle
The working principle of the natural gas furnace is based on the combustion characteristics of natural gas. Through the four core parts of fuel supply, combustion reaction, heat exchange and intelligent control, it realizes efficient conversion and output of thermal energy.
In the fuel supply process, natural gas is transported to the gas furnace through pipelines, and the gas pressure is stabilized in a suitable range through the pressure regulating device to ensure uniform gas supply. At the same time, air is introduced through the blower and mixed with natural gas at the front end of the burner according to a preset ratio. This ratio is precisely controlled by the control system.
The mixed gas-air mixture enters the combustion chamber and is ignited by the electric spark or flame generated by the ignition device, resulting in a violent oxidation reaction, i.e., the combustion process. The combustible components in the fuel react with oxygen, releasing a large amount of heat energy and generating high-temperature flue gas. The special structural design in the combustion chamber can stabilize the flame, enhance the combustion effect, ensure the full combustion of natural gas, and reduce the generation of harmful gases such as carbon monoxide, sulfide and nitrogen oxides.
The high-temperature flue gas generated by the combustion enters the heat exchange system. Depending on the cleanliness of the high-temperature flue gas, it can be directly mixed with the heated medium, or the heat in the flue gas can be transferred to the heated medium through the heat exchanger by conduction, convection, etc.
The entire operation process is monitored and controlled in real time by an intelligent control system. Temperature sensors, pressure sensors and other detection components continuously monitor parameters such as temperature, pressure, and gas flow in the furnace, and feed the data back to the controller. If an abnormal situation is detected, such as gas leakage or flame extinguishing, the control system will immediately activate the safety device, close the gas valve, and send out an alarm signal to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.
