Fluid Bed Dryer Working

  • Lined Coating Fluid Bed Dryer

Fluid bed dryer is an industrial equipment that uses fluidization technology to efficiently dry granular, powdered or brine materials. Its core principle is to suspend solid particles through airflow and present a “fluid”-like state, thereby greatly increasing the contact area between the material and the hot air and achieving rapid and uniform heat and mass transfer. Since the material inside the fluid bed dryer is in an intense fluidization state, the particles constantly collide and rub against the wall, and there may be corrosive materials or high temperature and high humidity environments, the performance requirements for the coating are very high.

  • Hot-air Furnace

The hot air furnace uses natural gas or oil as fuel, and produces high-temperature flue gas through burner combustion. Depending on the cleanliness of the high-temperature flue gas, it can be directly mixed with clean air or heated by an indirect heat exchanger to be used as a heat source.
