Led by Project Manager, the team held precise communication with relevant departments and construction teams, and carried out in-depth technical discussions based on scientific construction plans. Focusing on client needs, the team fully explained and exchanged views on installation procedures, personnel arrangement, construction schedule and other key points, and completed all pre-construction preparations in an organized way. The team also checked the delivered equipment on site, ruled out possible transport damage, and laid a solid foundation for subsequent installation and commissioning.
