Recently, the self-returning steam rotary dryer, the core equipment of the steam rotary drying system of a chemical company in Hubei Province, undertaken by Shandong Tianli Energy Co., Ltd. This self-returning steam rotary dryer is specially developed and designed by Tianli Energy for DCP (Dicalcium Phosphate). The equipment has a diameter of 3 meters and a length of 27 meters. By using steam rotation to replace traditional airflow drying, it can reduce coal consumption by 10,000 tons and carbon dioxide emissions by 30,000 tons annually, saving approximately 10 million RMB in energy costs. The equipment is equipped with a return conveyor belt design, simplifying the process flow, effectively reducing dust entrainment, and achieving clean exhaust emissions.
