The MVR evaporative crystallizer uses the working principle of mechanical recompression of the MVR evaporator, combines it with the evaporative crystallization process, and is applied to the evaporative crystallization treatment of industrial wastewater, or the evaporative crystallization of the production process.                                                                                                          

The principle of MVR evaporation crystallizer is to use MVR evaporation process to compress the secondary steam produced by the evaporator which originally requires cooling water condensation by compressor to increase its pressure and saturation temperature, and increase enthalpy. Then the treated steam is sent to the evaporator heater as heat source to replace steam for recycling, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
