Recently, the core equipment of the 22,000-ton high-purity lithium salt project undertaken by Tianli Energy has completed fabrication and delivery.
As a key component of the customer’s capacity expansion plan for high-purity lithium salt production, the project sets stringent requirements on equipment stability, process adaptability, product quality control and continuous operation performance. Targeting the working conditions of high-purity lithium salt production, Tianli Energy carried out targeted optimization on key indicators including system operational stability, temperature control accuracy, energy consumption and production efficiency based on material characteristics and production line demands. The solution enables low-energy-consumption and continuous drying and calcination of high-purity lithium salts.
