Tianli Energy’s 4,000 TPA PPTA Project for Henan Shenma Successfully Completed and Accepted

In July 2026, the 4,000 TPA PPTA project of Henan Shenma Aramid Technology Development Co., Ltd. — a key provincial project in Henan Province designed by Shandong Tianli Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tianli Technology), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Tianli Energy Co., Ltd. (Tianli Energy) — successfully passed the final joint acceptance inspection conducted by the Pingdingshan Nylon New Material Development Zone Administration and the Ye County Quality Supervision Station, marking the full completion and official acceptance of the entire project.

PPTA is a world-class high-performance fiber featuring high strength, low weight, excellent high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, with a wide range of application scenarios. Located in the Pingdingshan Nylon New Material Development Zone, the project boasts a total investment of over 1 billion RMB and complete supporting facilities. It covers three core units including resin synthesis, solvent recovery and spinning, as well as public and auxiliary supporting facilities, serving as a benchmark high-end new material project in the region. Possessing the Class A qualification for chemical engineering design, Tianli Technology delivers full-process design capabilities for large-scale chemical and new material projects. For this project, the company provided complete planning and design services for all process units and supplied drying equipment for the resin synthesis unit.

The full design work of the project has been successfully completed. With professional design standards, rigorous quality control and high-quality design achievements, the project has successfully obtained the AAAA-level High-Quality Project Evaluation Certificate for Chemical Construction Projects issued by China Chemical Construction Enterprise Association.
