Recently, the 112.5 TPH ammonium sulfate drying system, designed and built by Shandong Tianli Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tianli Energy”) for a new materials company in Guangxi, was officially put into operation. This system has refreshed the processing capacity of a single set of ammonium sulfate drying equipment in my country and represents another new breakthrough in the scale and efficiency of large-scale domestic chemical drying equipment.
The project employs highly efficient internally heated fluid bed drying technology, significantly improving heat transfer efficiency through built-in heat exchange units, resulting in a substantial reduction in energy consumption per unit product compared to traditional processes. The system is equipped with an intelligent control center, enabling precise monitoring and adjustment of key processes such as feeding, drying, cooling, and discharging, effectively ensuring large-scale continuous operation and product quality stability.
The successful commissioning of this system not only solves the problem of large-scale, efficient drying of ammonium sulfate, a byproduct in the customer’s caprolactam industry chain, but also aligns with the sustainable development requirements of green chemistry for low-energy consumption and low-emission equipment, creating significant economic and environmental benefits for the application customer.
