On April 16, 2026, Jinan held the 2025 Policy Promotion Conference for Haiyou Industrial Leading Talents. The list of candidates selected for the 2025 “Haiyou Program” Industrial Leading Talent Project was announced at the conference. With over a decade of dedicated work in the research, development and achievement transformation of energy-saving drying, calcination and pyrolysis technologies, Wang Shouquan has accumulated profound theoretical attainments and rich practical experience in the development of fluidized drying and closed-circuit circulation equipment, as well as their engineering technical application. As a core technical backbone, he has participated in and completed 15 provincial and ministerial-level scientific research projects. His relevant research achievements have won numerous honors, including the Second Prize of China Machinery Industry Technological Invention, the Second Prize of Shandong Provincial Scientific and Technological Progress, and the Shandong Golden Bridge Award.
